Dear Friends,

My name is Christian John and I used to have the same problems as You , didn’t know how to fight back for good acne and blackheads.

I despised this condition mainly because it make my look bad in front on my colleagues and friends, there were days when I didn’t want to leave home without taking a paper bag on my head. But luckily I no longer suffer from this problem and the good news is that I will share you my story !

I was in your skin !

I remember like it was yesterday when I was in high school and there were some colleagues which were mocking me and they made me fell like I didn’t want to go to school the next day, knowing they are there.

On that time I was thinking that puberty is the blame (my mother took my side), but as time passed and I was growing, I notice that my problem persist so I decided to go at a dermatology doctor.

He gave me a special treatment for acne and blackheads that I fallowed for one month, the result weren’t as convincing as I expected, so he prescribe me another treatment for another month, again from start I fallowed the treatment but without any positive results in the end.

At one moment I was asking myself “How long do I have to bear this problem?”, “When it will disappear?

My social life at that time was down, same as me, I didn’t had a girlfriend, my self esteem was on the lowest level possible, I felt gross and hopeless , but that was about to change.

What causes the appearance of acne or blackheads?

On my mission for a solution for on how to treat acne and blackheads, I found out a few things.

From a medical point of view, at the teenage the acne bacteria is called acne vulgaris and should be treated differently then the adult bacteria which is rosacea.

Sometimes, the hair, sebum, and skin cells clump together into a plug. The bacteria in the plug causes swelling. Then when the plug starts to break down, a pimple grows.

There are many types of pimples. The most common types are:

  • Whiteheads - These are pimples that stay under the surface of the skin.
  • Blackheads - These pimples rise to the skin's surface and look black. The black color is not from dirt.
  • Papules - These are small pink bumps that can be tender.
  • Pustules - These pimples are red at the bottom and have pus on top.
  • Nodules - These are large, painful, solid pimples that are deep in the skin.
  • Cysts - These deep, painful, pus-filled pimples can cause scars.

Tips and information about treatments and natural remedies AGAINST Pimples and Blackheads

Acne is the term used in medicine to describe all of blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, cysts or nodules that may appear on the front, back, the neck or upper hands. Even if it is a dangerous disease, untreated, acne can leave permanent scars. There are several types of acne, and treating this disease depends on the stage of disease and skin type.

If you want to heal acne, you should know that there are some treatments you can prepare yourself. These treatments are based on herbs, especially as they don’t have any side effects.

One of the treatments for acne could be the marigold tea mixed with one or two tablespoons of honey. Used every night before bed, this treatment removes excess of sebum that leads to the appearance of pimples.

Cinnamon powder and lemon juice do wonders for your skin: Prepare a paste or a cream powder from cinnamon and lemon juice and apply it daily on the troubles portions, let it act a few hours, then remove it with warm water.

There are other natural remedies to treat acne and pimples: mint tea, chamomile tea, cream obtained from papaya fruit and honey cream on fresh yeast, rose water, tea, basil, an infusion of chicory juice grape, etc. Pimples and acne treatments must be repeated frequently to remove the skin that look sick. If, after a while, acne makes its appearance again, repeat the previously used treatments for acne or try new ones.

Burdock Root is one of the most effective natural remedies to fight blackheads. For best results and to remove the blackheads final cream is prepared on the basis of burdock root (the root is boiled until a thick paste appears, let it cool and after mix it with honey or lemon juice). After applying the cream of burdock root, you can buy from pharmacies, patches specially designed to remove blackheads.

Massage skin with maize is an effective technique against black spots, but should not insist too much because facial skin is very sensitive. Mask with white clay is also an ally in the battle with blackheads, but to get the desired result, you must use a toner in advance.

Overcome acne on the body

Acne on the body may appear during youth as well as adult years, often appear on the chest, back and buttocks. Like facial acne, stress and hormones may cause stains. However, other factors may cause the lesions caused by acne.

Sweat and tight clothes on the body are the two most common causes, which explain why many physically active women have acne on the body. Tight clothing such as bodies of spandex, block the sweating so it remains on the surface of the skin, which can be mixed with body oils creams. The result is a layer that blocks the pores and cause inflammation and blistering.

Treatments for acne on the body are similar to the facial, but the body treatments tends to make themselves notice due to the skin that is thicker on the body so they enter more difficult. The skin is thicker than the skin is exposed to constant friction and irritation due to clothing. To keep acne under control, wash up daily with soap or a salicylic acid gel on and make a shower immediately after you sweat. Wipe the irritated area with benzyl peroxide or salicylic acid and then apply a body cream on acid alpha hydroxide (this will help prevent peeling skin while drying at night).

Stubborn acne is usually treated with vitamin A or antibiotics such as tetracycline. It can take between one week and several months to obtain a satisfactory result.
